WPST & IA Training Methodology

The programme is centred on main water polo moves, focusing on individual development of the player (technique, tactical aspects, physical and mental state), setting specific goals. Training sessions will be centred on each play position (centres, defenders, goalkeepers and wing players). Groups will be formed according to age and the technical skills of the player. Trainings will be held in the best and most prominent sports facilities in Belgrade, Bečej, Niš, Kragujevac, Valjevo, Šabac, Sombor, Subotica, Požarevac and in other cities with the best facilities to train water polo and other sports.

WPST & IA Language classes

For boys and girls, who want to improve their knowledge of languages, English, Germany, Italian or French (or some other languages), WPST & IA offers the classes with the certified teachers. Daily classes include theory and practice and they are combined with water polo training sessions.

WPST & IA Season in the national league playing

During the stay, students may have the chance to play in the Serbian national competition. Students of the language classes will train daily with WPST & IA coaches and with local teams, and will be playing in the national league season.

Water Polo Sports Tour & International Academy offers tailor made training camps in the cities of Belgrade, Bečej, Kikinda, Niš, Kragujevac, Valjevo, Šabac, Sombor, Subotica, Požarevac and Silver Lake and surroundings, for your teams, associations and individual athletes.

Our camps are targeted at boys and girls between 6 and 25 years of age who will form groups depending on their technical level.

Double daily training session including: Personal training to work on the preferred aspects with our coach and friendly matches against local
teams from the cities of Belgrade, Bečej, Niš, Kragujevac, Valjevo, Šabac, Sombor, Subotica, Požarevac and surroundings.

Our coaches can help you design, develop and guide the training programme adjusted to the level of your team. During our assessment, a wide range of exercises for improving technique and tactics can be done, in response to your players’ needs with audio-visual support and training, with the training methodology developed in our academy and camp.

In any of the formats presented, there is the possibility of organising tournaments built by WPST&IA.
